Hogarths Stone Manor Hotel, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY10 4PJ
Dinner tickets £55 for a three course dinner followed by coffee
Menu choice:
Starters:
Roasted tomato and basil soup, basil oil, creme fraiche (V)
Smoked salmon, leek and mascarpone tart, mixed leaf saled, chive dressing, salad dressing
Melon, Greek feta, fresh lemon and mint dressing (V)
Mains:
Sauteed chicken supreme, thyme and onion potato terrine, steamed greens, roast chicken jus
Pan fried Sea Bass, crab risotto cake, champagne and watercress sauce
Roasted red pepper filled with a fricassee of butterbeans, vegan feta and a parsley and cherry tomato sauce (VE)
Desserts:
Blackberry pavlova, Hogarths own blackberry compote, chantilly (V)
Peach upside down sponge, peach and raspberry compote, vanilla ice cream (V)
White chocolate mousse, blondie base, homemade almond ice cream, honeycomb, toasted almonds (V)
